3 Sessions - $215

5 Sessions - $350

Elite Package - $450

Each session is one hour

Elite Package includes:

​

• 5 1-hour training sessions

​

• A full 10-12 page video evaluation. 

​

• The video evaluation includes strengths, key areas for improvement, and an action plan.  The action covers drills, workouts, and customized programs based on the goalies needs
